Dosage:
Mix two spoonfuls of AMINOENERGIE ESSENTIELLE in 295-354 ml of cold water. For Amino Acid Gain: Consume one or more servings at first meal in the morning and/or between meals.

FOR ENERGY BEFORE TRAINING: Take 1 to 3 servings 20-30 minutes before training.
